About premiertone

premiertone stood for creative, tailor-made websites for musicians from 2011 to 2024—combined with personal consulting and individualized support in marketing and PR.

Founded by Anke Fehring & Julia Kadar, two friends united by a shared passion for classical music, premiertone was built on an innovative business idea: to serve as sparring partners for artists who wanted to place their digital presence in professional hands. After Anke set out in 2013 to pursue her own lifelong dream as an author and coach, Julia continued to lead the company and steadily expanded its services with fresh ideas.

What defined premiertone was the commitment to supporting musicians personally and professionally at every step.

This allowed clients to focus entirely on what they do best: making music.

Even though premiertone no longer exists in its original form today, this website remains as a window into our earlier work.

About me

Classical music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My parents were passionate amateur musicians, and I practically grew up surrounded by it. I played the violin myself for nearly 20 years and later studied school music education. Driven by curiosity and a deep desire to engage professionally with this world, my path eventually led me into cultural management—more specifically, to the renowned Kronberg Academy.

From that point on, it was clear: this is my world, where I want to stay and make a difference. Since then, I have navigated its highs, lows, and unexpected facets with great passion. My most formative professional positions have included the Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival under the artistic direction of Gidon Kremer, the Orchestra Academy of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the bayerische kammerphilharmonie, Deutsche Grammophon, and the Impresariat Simmenauer.

Current

From 2021 to October 2025, I worked closely alongside conductor Iván Fischer as his Personal Assistant.

During this time, my responsibilities quickly expanded: I took on the role of Managing Director of the Ivan Fischer Opera Company gGmbH and was also involved in project coordination for the Vicenza Opera Festival.

My main areas of focus included fundraising, project management, and marketing. In addition, I managed the German Friends Circle of the Budapest Festival Orchestra.

Since November 2025, I have been part of the team at the renowned agency Karsten Witt Musik Management in Berlin.

From 2011 to 2024, premiertone created and managed websites for more than 100 artists and ensembles, while also overseeing numerous social media profiles—including Camerata Salzburg, the Kuss Quartet, Mari Kodama, and many more.
